The UPS Store

Fast service & friendly staff. They have boxes, packing materials, copies and other services - along with mailbox rentals. They will not ship to a PO Box, for some reason. A little pricier than the Post Office.

Had a transaction and Sidney helped me tremendously. Appreciate the extra mile you went through today.

Customer service 0, rude and useless employees! They charge $1 for tape and $3 for printing labels. UPS store in Little Rock, don’t charge for you to email the label and to tape your boxes. P.S. the girl working the counter eating your PBJ hope you find a better job that you enjoy working. Customer service is not the job you should be looking for!

Went in the store to return a package to Macy. I was to told by the young lady, she will charge me a $1.00 to tape my package. So I said I need to buy tape anyway since I’m leaving this%#%# city!!! Once I purchase the tape, Ms. Lady said, oh I’ll just tape it. So I had to buy something in order for her to tape the package with the store tape. Really!!

Sincerely nice employees here. I like the location for convenience. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that this location takes longer on shipping. For example, the location in the middle of town has more pickups for faster delivery. This location doesn’t get scanned until late at night or if it is a Saturday, it will not ship out until late Monday evening. I’m hoping for more pickups at this location as I enjoy using it.
